Our design consultant met Bhavesh at the site in Cuttack for a thorough walkthrough. We measured every inch, understood the family's lifestyle needs, noted natural light patterns, and documented the builder's handover condition. Within 48 hours, a detailed brief document was shared digitally — outlining proposed scope and a transparent indicative cost range before a single rupee was committed.
R-Angle's lead designer developed a full concept board — 2D floor plans, 3D rendered visualisations for every room, material mood boards, and a detailed BOQ. The design philosophy was rooted in "warm minimalism" — clean structural lines softened by natural textures, ambient lighting, and purposeful storage. Two revision cycles ensured every element aligned with Bhavesh's vision before production drawings were released.
With approved drawings locked, R-Angle's in-house production team commenced fabrication of all modular elements — kitchen, wardrobes, TV unit, and study furniture — at our Bhubaneswar workshop. Simultaneously, our site team began civil work: false ceiling framing, electrical rerouting, and wall preparation. Regular progress photos and weekly site update calls kept Bhavesh fully informed. Our project manager served as the single point of accountability across all 11 trade categories.
All fabricated elements were installed over a phased schedule to avoid site congestion. Each room underwent a structured quality inspection checklist — covering finish quality, alignment, hardware functionality, and safety compliance — before being signed off. Snag lists were maintained transparently and resolved within committed timelines. Bhavesh was invited for a mid-installation walkthrough, enabling a few last-minute personalisation requests at no extra cost.
The project concluded with a formal handover session. Every room was professionally cleaned, furniture placed per the approved layout, and a full documentation kit — warranty cards, care instructions, vendor contacts, and a digital photo archive — was handed over. Bhavesh received a 1-year after-service support commitment. The handover experience was designed to feel less like a transaction and more like a celebration of a shared achievement.

A fluted accent wall in warm oak veneer behind the TV unit created depth and texture without visual clutter. A coffered false ceiling with integrated cove lighting cast a warm golden hue across the space during evenings.
Balance of function with luxury — a full-height wardrobe with custom vanity nook, a padded headboard wall, and blackout blinds layered with sheer drapes for a hotel-like experience.
An L-shaped layout with breakfast counter, handleless laminates in off-white and graphite, and under-cabinet LED strips that made the workspace both functional and photogenic.
A restrained palette of matte white, warm teak, and charcoal grey ensured visual cohesion throughout. Bespoke hardware and lighting fixtures elevated every room from ordinary to curated.
Cove lighting, accent tracks, and task zones created distinct moods at different hours. The lighting plan transformed the apartment from a daytime space into an evening sanctuary.
